Orders

• ALL CUSTOM orders are processed within 3-5 business days and 24 hours after the order is processed and completed.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day after the holiday.
• Please allow additional time for orders placed during collection releases. 
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once completed.
• Requests for changes in size and/or color will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
